The Def Jam founder looked like the cat that got the cream last night as he cuddled up to Miss Universe Leila Lopes for the photographers on the red carpet at the 2nd Annual South-South Awards at the Waldorf Astoria Hotel.

Leila looked stunning in a backless black floor length gown as her date Russell looked dapper in a black suit complete with a bowtie, while resting his hand firmly above Leila's derriere.
