BHR Hollywood Reports.......Nate Dogg’s family members claim his widow, Latoya Calvin, took advantage of him and doesn’t deserve a right to his estate.

 Calvin married Nate while he was mentally incapacitated and caused the car accident that led to his fatal health issues, his son, Naijiel Hale, claims in new legal documents.

Hale claims that Calvin caused the car accident that led to his father’s series of strokes and subsequent death in 2011.

Naijiel's mother, Rhoda Mouton is also joining the legal battle, stating in court documents that Latoya didn't even attend the funeral.

Nate's estate says he and Latoya separated and filed for divorce just 19 days after they married, however the divorce wasn't final when Nate passed away.

The center of the court battle is Nate Dogg’s $350,000 home in Pomona, CA.
