BHR HollyWood Reports.........In only two weeks, AFRIKIN will open the doors at New World Center on Miami Beach for the 2019 presentation AFRIKIN®: Art of Conversation. We look forward to your joining us for an artful introduction to a shift in reality during Miami Art Week / Art Basel. There is a need for an exchange -- discussion that crosses boundaries and utilizes a new vocabulary on the importance of strengthening ourselves, our families and our communities on the basis of love -- Universal Love is The Way Forward. ..
The event will include the speaker series, AFRIKIN®: Talks to inform, empower, and provide human and capital resources to current and future generations.

2019 AFRIKIN® Talks Speakers:

David Banner,
American rapper, record producer, actor, activist, and philanthropist;
Amara La Negra, Afro-Latina recording artist and reality star from Dominican Republic;
MutabarukaJamaican dub poet, actor, and educator from Jamaica;

Due to brother and honoree Vaughn Michael Benjamin the voice of Midnite and Akae Beka transitioning to Zion, The Most High has directed AFRIKIN® to make this event complimentary, at no charge to the public, in honor of this beacon of light. To gain entry RSVP is needed and any donations are greatly appreciated. Mr. Benjamin said: “No matter who leaves the principle remains”.
Discussion on the necessity of love as a unifying force in our communities and in our world will be the central theme. Fundamental values are renewed as we share different perspectives on our future as an intergenerational and multi-racial global society. This event honors and pays respect to all of us -- our families and those who came before us -- bringing us all together at a milestone in the journey toward the future -– from “tears to triumph”.
