BHR HOLLYWOOD REPORTS.........Just recent Rasheeeda went on social media and announce her departure from long time love & husband Kirk Frost believe it or not it was a hard pill to swallow for Rasheeda to finally release the pain thats been bothering her for some time.

The Love & Hip Hop Atlanta Star made a guest appearance on FOX's "Dish Nation" and said her and frost decided that it was time to end their relationship rather keep hurting each other.

They are now focusing on co-parenting and raising their sons 16 yrs old Ky and 4 year old Karter, at this moment things are doing just fine "We have communication and  just being two people thats trying to figure out the things to do for our children.
