Singer usher is Facing A $10 Million dollar lawsuit !!! Find Out Why ! 

BHR Hollywood Reports........Usher’s bad week continues. After getting put on blast for burning a woman from a past hook up with herpes, another woman is suing him for a cool $10M for allegedly exposing her to the same STD.

Identified only as Jane Doe, the woman claims that she had two sexual encounters with Usher. On April 16, she says that she performed oral sex on him before they had intercourse with the use of a condom. Twelve days later, she says they had intercourse once again, but this time without a condom.

Usher was reportedly exposed to herpes in 2009 or 2010. He allegedly had “green discharge” coming from his penis at one time, but was later labeled an “asymptomatic carrier” of the sexually-
transmitted disease.

Now, Jane Doe is suing Usher for negligence, battery, and emotional distress for allegedly exposing her to the STD without disclosing that he has the virus.

The woman, who does not claim she’s infected, is asking for $10 million in damages.
