Comedian Mike Epps Has Been Arrested !! Find Out Why

BHR Hollywood Reports...............Epps, 46, and Thomas Cobb, 52, of Brooklyn, were booked with battery, but warrants have been issued for their arrest after they missed an arraignment Tuesday in municipal court, documents show.

The document said Epps was "involved in a physical altercation" at the casino about 5:02 a.m. Saturday, during which "he struck the victim."

The victim told The Advocate that he spotted Epps while walking to cash chips.

"I said 'Oh, Mike Epps!'" he told the newspaper. "The next thing I know, he started hitting me in the face, unprovoked."

Epps was booked at 2:40 p.m. Saturday, records showed.

His arraignment was set for 9 a.m. Tuesday, but he did not show and an attachment for his arrest was issued later in the day with bond set at $2,500.

An attorney representing Epps did not immediately return a message seeking comment.
