The home rests on eight acres and boasts a media room, family
room, fully finished basement and spacious back yard with a pond.
Just last month, Hartwell split with Pulliam after she announced they were expecting their first child together.
He cited irreconcilable differences.
Since then, the two have publicly slammed each other, including Pulliam filing a lawsuit against Hartwell, accusing him of abuse and trying to cause a miscarriage.
It's not clear whether Pulliam was living in the home that Hartwell just sold.
