BHR Hollywood Reports...........Dwyane Wade's ex-wife has finally put a number on what it will take to end their their drawn out divorce settlement.

Siohvaughn Funches said in court that she believes she is entitled to at least $10 million of her ex-husband's fortune due to the many endorsement deals he gained while the two were married.

In a complaint filed in court, Funches says she supported Wade before he was a professional athlete and helped develop him into the NBA star he is today.

She is asking for a stake in endorsements that included T-Mobile, Staples and Gatorade, and other royalties.

Though she received a multi-million dollar settlement and the home they shared, Funches claims her attorney at the time screwed her out of a bigger settlement, and now she's ready to collect.

The attorney, Brian Hurst, she said, failed to show her Wade’s business contracts, therefore she had no idea how much Wade made and how much she could claim. The lawyer, she added, pressured her into taking the settlement instead of going to trial, and left her with much less than she believes she is entitled to.

Wade recently signed a new two-year contract with the Chicago Bulls for a whopping $47 million. Last month, a judge ruled that Funches could reopen their divorce case.

It's definitely a sticky situation with the request coming more than six years after the couple officially called it quits, but last month the judge ruled that Funches could reopen the case.
