Comedian Katt Williams Is Facing A Lawsuit For
 Allegedly Assaulting Tourmate (Ashima Franklin)    

BHR Hollywood Reports.........Ashima Franklin is suing the Norbit star for allegedly assaulting her on separate occasions.

According to reports , Williams struck Franklin in face in 2012 and he and two other women reportedly attacked her again earlier this year (16), while they were on tour together.

 The most recent attack allegedly left Franklin with injuries to her face, chest, arms and legs.

The suit also highlights a time where the 44-year-old bragged about having "million dollar b*tches" before turning his rage towards Ashima.

Reportedly, Williams once said about Franklin:
"Why am I sitting here with this hillbilly, Alabama, backwoods ass three dollar p*ssy bitch?"

Franklin also alleges Williams threw hot food in her face and questioned her right to eat.

She is seeking at least $3 million.

The comedian is facing a slew of legal issues and lawsuits and the current case comes weeks after he was sued by former assistant Angelina Triplett-Hill earlier this month (Aug16) for allegedly attacking her.

He was also recently charged with misdemeanour battery after allegedly attacking a female restaurant employee in Studio City, California last month (Jul16).

Katt Williams Has Yet To Respond To This Claim
