BHR Hollywood Reports..............."Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta" star Stevie J says Joseline Hernandez is out to ruin his character, and calls her allegations he molested his 6-year-old daughter ... a sick attempt at revenge.

Joseline posted a message to Twitter earlier this month, claiming Stevie had molested the daughter he shares with Mimi Faust for years.

This all started when Joseline posted a message to Twitter claiming Stevie molested his 6-year-old daughter, Eva, whom he shares with fellow LHH: ATL cast member Mimi Faust.

Breaking his silence on the matter on Wednesday, he filed for, and was granted, a
temporary restraining order against the self-proclaimed Puerto Rican princess.

 Joseline got a hold of the documents, which reportedly accuses Stevie of calling Joseline volatile, jealous and saying she's filled with an evil sense of revenge after their breakup.

Joseline is now required to stay at least 200 yards away from him, but is still allowed to pick up some of her things — particularly her Rolex and diamond ring — from his house, as long as she's escorted by the police.
