Michigan To Help With The Water Crisis 

BHR Hollywood Reports...........While pouring Lemonade across the country on her Formation world tour, Beyonce had a special gift for the residents of Flint, Michigan.

On Monday (June 13), the singer's entertainment and management company, Parkwood Entertainment, and director of philanthropy and corporate relations, Ivy McGregor, presented a $82,234 check to the United Way of Genesee County at a Detroit high school in partnership with Bey's philanthropic platform, BeyGOOD, according to a release sent from Beyonce's team.

Funds were raised by BeyHive members who had the option to contribute to the Flint charity when buying tickets to the “Formation World Tour.” Chime for Change and CrowdRise were also part of the fundraising initiative.

Tonight’s show in Detroit, which marks the final night of the first North American leg of the tour, is also set to feature a “celebration of the resourcefulness of the people of Flint and Detroit, Michigan,” according to Bey’s camp.

Bey’s taking “Formation” across the pond next, starting June 28 in Sunderland, England.

 The European jaunt ends August 3 in Barcelona before returning to the States on September 7.
