BHR Hollywood Reports.......... Rocko has filed a lawsuit which claims Future signed a 6 album deal with him in 2011. He says that Future's EPIC deal was just for distribution, but Future also cut a "side deal" with the label, which gave him huge advances that Rocko was cut out of.

The suit says Rocko is entitled to 25% of those advances, as well as 20% from touring and endorsements, all in all, adding up to over $10 million.

Atlanta rap ambassadors Future and Rocko have exhibited great chemistry over the years on records such as "Chosen One," "U.O.E.N.O." and "Squares Out Your Circle" but apparently when the studio sessions were complete, bitter animosity lingered in the air.

According to the lawsuit, Epic Records was brought on to be a distributor for said albums that never saw the light of day because Future allegedly got crafty and cut a side deal with the label, leaving Rocko out of 25 percent commission on advance money and another 20 percent of Future's tour and endorsement earnings.

Future took to Twitter last night to respond to the reports, and seemed to be expressing regret for the news when he tweeted, “Ion want my n*gga looking like no baby mama” and “Call them people and tellum you was just playing Brodie,” which are possible references to the counter-suit he filed against Ciara, or the fact that a judge recently sided with him in their custody battle. Future continued to speak on the situation, never mentioning Rocko’s name, but expressing some strong feelings about the allegations
