The pop superstar had already signaled her support for James in decidedly un-subtle fashion, posting a photo in May to Instagram of herself sunbathing, with the number “23” scrawled on her belly in lotion.
After the Cavs’ Game 6 win on Thursday, she posted a screenshot of James sneering at Curry after a huge block on the Golden State guard.

Her caption read, “‘Ballin bigger than LeBron’ they said,” referencing a line from her 2015 hit, “B—- Better Have My Money.” It also brought to mind James’s own ruminations about the meaning of “most valuable” after Curry became the first unanimous MVP award winner in May.
When the Cleveland Cavaliers beat the Warriors in the NBA Championship, Rihanna took to Instagram to congratulate her “bae.”

She posted a photo of herself next a TV screen showing LeBron James. In the photo, RiRi looks like she’s pretending to kiss his cheek as she calls him her “bae,” which is a slang acronym for “before anyone else
Rihanna has long been a fan of LeBron James. She’s been seen attending most of his team’s games since 2006.
She has been seen front and center at his games since last year when it was reported that James would exclusively fly Rihanna out on his private jet to his games while his wife would stay at home to watch their newborn baby.
