BHR Hollywood Reports......Mike Epps’ estranged wife Mechelle McCain isn’t walking away from their marriage without making sure she remains a kept woman.

 According to docs in their divorce case, Mechelle wants spousal support as well as full legal custody of the couple’s two children.

“Respondent is in the process of ascertaining the nature, type and extent of the parties community and quasi-community property assets, debts and claims of reimbursement,” McCain-Epps wrote, according to court docs.

She also asked the judge to force Epps to pay for her legal fees.

She also wants the judge to rule that the “Uncle Buck” star must pay her lawyer fees.

You may recall when Mechelle outed her husband for direct messaging another woman on social media.

Epps recently featured in Marlon Wayan’s “50 Shades of Black,” and he currently stars on ABC’s “Uncle Buck.” Mike is also prepping to play Richard Pryor in the long-awaited biopic.
