BHR Hollywood Reports.........Today (June 13th) marks the “Men of 90’s R&B Week” on the “Steve Harvey” talk show, and New Edition kicks of the week with a bang.

The group was asked if they still keep in touch with Bobby (who was voted out of the group due to his rockstar lifestyle back in the day) and they revealed they do still keep in touch with him.

Members Ronny DeVoe, Ralph Tresvant, Michael Bivins, Ricky Bell and Johnny Gill chat with
Harvey about their upcoming BET biopic mini-series, their relationship off the stage, and their
upcoming tour with Babyface.

They also discuss their craziest fan experiences and perform “This One’s For Me and You,” from Gill’s latest album, “Game Changer,” as well as their classic hit “If It Isn’t Love,” proving that after over 30 years, they still haven’t lost a step!

This week, Bobby will appear on the “Steve Harvey Show” where he opens up about his relationship with Pop superstar Janet Jackson.

The "My Prerogative" singer tells Steve how they met and how he was head over heels in love with her before she broke his heart.

He says he had a crush on Janet for the longest time and when he met her it was surreal that he was in her presence. In his book, he revealed Janet broke up with him because he father (Joe Jackson) wouldn’t allow her to date a black man.

“It was a lot of heartache,” said Bobby. “It was big heartache for me. I was absolutely head over heels for her.”

Other male R&B guests to appear on the show this week are Keith Sweat (Tuesday, June 14), Bobby Brown (Wednesday, June 15), Montell Jordan (Thursday, June 16), and Ginuwine (Friday, June 17).
