BHR Hollywood Reports.......King was charged with Financial Identity Fraud, Theft By Taking, Forgery in the First Degree.

King was arrested at a promotional event for the reality show at an Atlanta banquet.

Police reportedly waited for her at the venue before ambushing her.

The reality star reportedly bought nearly $5,000 worth of merchandise from Saks Fifth Avenue under someone else's name, according to documents. Authorities believe she was in conspiring with the employee who rang up the purchases.

King was booked for financial identity fraud, theft and first degree forgery. Part of her arrest was caught on camera.

The reality newbie made her debut on the current season of "LHHATL.
