Police in Bethlehem, Pa., say the 72-year-old soul icon was slightly injured when an SUV ran a stop sign and crashed into the limo taking her to a performance nearby on Wednesday.

Then the former member of the Supremes went on to her gig, performing as scheduled at the Sands casino complex in Bethlehem later Wednesday.
According to the Bethlehem Police Department, a 22-year-old New Jersey woman driving an Acura SUV struck the singer's Lincoln Town Car limo after running a stop sign.

According to the Bethlehem Police Department, Ross "complained of head and neck pain," and was treated by Bethlehem City Paramedics.
The 72-year-old singer also indicated that she would seek further treatment on her own.
Ross assured her fans on social media that she had not been seriously injured in the car crash, and that her upcoming performance at the Sands Bethlehem Event Center would not be affected by the accident.
