BHR Hollywood Reports........50 Cent's massive estate in Farmington, Connecticut has finally found a buyer and they're planning on turning the sprawling 52-room home into an assisted living facility.

50 Cent sold his Connecticut mansion for $8 million.

The buyer of the G-Unit rapper's 50,000 square foot home is planning on renovating the 21-bedroom, 25-bathroom property into an assisted living center for the elderly.

The mansion features an infinity pool, helicopter pad, basketball courts, casino and nightclub.

50 Cent originally put the house up for sale in 2007 with an asking price of $18.5 million.

He's slowly lowered the price. It was set to $9,999,999 in 2011 and dropped it again to $8.5 million in December.

The 50k square foot home had been a huge financial burden for the bankrupt 50, costing around $70k per month to maintain since there's also 9 kitchens, an outdoor infinity pool and grotto, indoor pool, helicopter pad, casino, nightclub, basketball courts and pond.

It's resort-like amenities sound like a perfect fit for the buyer who is modifying zoning so it can be converted into the old folks home pending the town's approval.

Still ... he should feel good about helping out old folks.
