BHR Hollywood Reports........Katt Williams created a spectacle Sunday night at Philadelphia's Trocadero Theater for Beanie Sigel's Top Shotta show, co-headlined by producer Jahlil Beats and featuring sets from rappers Jadakiss, Dave East, Chill Moody and singer Lil Mo.

Williams was all over the place ... freestyling on stage, randomly doing pushups and standing around in a fight stance for no reason.

The fight footage comes after the 42-year-old entertainer made headlines for beefing with fellow funnyman Kevin Hart and allegedly punching a store clerk who taunted Williams and called him the N-word.

women in Atlanta for reportedly harassing him and filming him without consent and pointing a gun at the group.

A rep for Williams couldn't immediately comment about the onstage assault but confirmed the comedian's recent announcement that he will be retiring from stand-up. WorldStarHipHop was able to obtain a clip of Williams, though, speaking out following the incident.

"Now, Katt Williams, at his show at the Liacouras Center, said to the fans, it's getting to the point right now where you can't believe what you see or believe what you hear," he says in third-person, before smoking a cigarette and sipping Gatorade on a bus and flaunting his possessions. "All I took was W's in that club tonight."

No one was arrested.

Williams has had an interesting few days, to say the least. He was arrested last week in Georgia for allegedly punching a store clerk.
