Lady Gaga performed the National Anthem at the 2016 Super Bowl.
Donning an all-red ensemble (plus red, white and blue shoes!) Lady Gaga nailed her version of "The Star-Spangled Banner."
Starting relatively softly, the singer, who is up for an Oscar at the end of the month and who will also perform a David Bowie tribute at the Grammys next week, slowly built intensity throughout the number before a climactic, powerful conclusion.
Earlier in the day, Gaga took to Twitter to announce that she’d joined Snapchat to commemorate the momentous occasion.
Fans were able to catch a glimpse of Mother Monster as she prepared for the big day.
Next up, she will head to the Grammys on Feb. 15 to pay tribute to David Bowie, followed by a performance of her Oscar-nominated song “Til It Happens to You” at the Academy Awards on Feb. 28.
She becomes the first artist to perform at the Super Bowl, Grammys, and Oscars all in the same year.
