BHR Hollywood Reports.........It has been reported that RHOA star Peter Thomas was involved in altercation at his Charlotte Sports One Bar In North Carolina.

A man named Brandon Link, who was visiting Peter's Sports One, claimed he was negotiating the price to rent out Peter's space in the early morning hours of Jan. 24, when suddenly Peter shouted "You think I give a f**k about your money!" right before throwing the man across the room.

Though cops at the scene determined that “no assault occurred,” officials are attempting to serve Thomas with a criminal summons for simple assault, a Mecklenburg District Court spokesperson confirmed to Radar this morning.

Thomas has his own side of the story. According to reports, he claimed Link was so drunk, he was tossed out of the bar by security, and then hurt himself by slipping on ice.

The Bravo star already has his fair share of problems, mostly involving his model wife of five years. Last summer, Thomas was famously caught on camera getting uncomfortably close to a mystery woman in a club.

He denied cheating, but apologized to Bailey, 47, and his two daughters.
