BHR Hollywood Reports..........Kelly Price and Jeffery has been skipping rent on there LA mansion.

Reports stated the couple were booted from the residence last month after losing an eviction case to their landlord, Arjang Panah.

 It seems Price and Rolle missed several months of rent on their five-bedroom home.

"It took me three months to get them out," Panah said.

"They owe me three months rent!"

An L.A. Superior Court judge ruled in favor of landlord Arjang Panah.

Ordering the ex-couple out on the street because neither Price nor Rolle ever responded to the landlord’s lawsuit.
