Officer Onyebuchi Awaji claims in court this month the game attacked and threatened to kill him.

In addition to the criminal case, LAPD officer Onyebuchi Awaji has also filed a civil suit.

Over the matter claiming that he suffered brain damage from the incident.

 which was captured on video and is currently making the rounds in the cyber-sphere.

The Game is due back in court on January 11.
