BHR Hollywood Reports........Kandi Burruss and Todd Tucker are about to learn the hard way that when dealing with Apollo Nida one is gonna get burned!

Two days after the season premiere of Real Housewives Of Atlanta when Kandi and Todd announced that a motorcycle and a four-wheeler owned by Apollo were in their garage.

While Apollo serves his 8-year prison sentence – the feds are seeking a surrender lien on said property.

Nida is currently on the hook for $1.9 million in restitution and the government is looking to claim that amount in any way possible.

They are on the hunt for his 2014 Ducati and Yamaha Raptor ATV, which we now know are safe and sound with Burruss.

According to reports, the feds obtained a court order just two days after the episode aired and have permission to seize the property from Burruss' home.
