BHR Hollywood Reports.........Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom have jointly gone to court to dismiss their divorce case, because they want to stay husband and wife.

It is that a lawyer for Kardashian went to court Wednesday and got a judge to withdraw papers the estranged spouses signed to end their marriage.

The file had been sitting in a pile waiting to be processed and signed by a judge. With the judge granting the attorney's request, the file is now dead,Reports Said.

Khloe married Odom, a former Los Angeles Lakers player, in September 2009. Their totally amazing, "fairy-tale" wedding was thrown together for a "KUWTK" episode with about nine days of planning, just one month after the two met at a party.

But she and the rest of the Kardashian family swooped into Las Vegas last week after Odom collapsed at the Love Ranch brothel, was rushed to a hospital and reportedly suffered a series of strokes and organ failure.

Lamar Odom 

 Law enforcement authorities suggest Odom had cocaine and opiates in his system when he collapsed.

Kardashian filed for divorce in December 2013, but sat on it for a year and a half, trying to get Odom into treatment for his drug problems. Supposedly, she gave up on him this summer.

As we reported, Khloe privately vowed to be by Lamar's side during his recovery, which will take months, and a few days ago they both agreed to give their marriage another chance.

They both signed the document Wasser presented to the judge, asking that the divorce case be dismissed.

Lamar signed Tuesday from his hospital bed -- Wasser signed on behalf of Khloe.
