Singer Corey Clark Was Arrested And Charged With Domestic Violence

BHR Hollywood Reports........Former "American Idol" contestant Corey Clark gave his estranged wife a serious case of the creeps -- allegedly stalking her around town and staring her down for hours at a time.


According to Clark's arrest report, there were several instances where he violated a protective order his wife had against him.
 The report says he was only allowed to communicate with Monica Clark via email and only to discuss their children.

Clark, who appeared on season two of "Idol," was arrested in Yuma, Arizona and initially charged with felony domestic violence against his estranged wife.


After a review of the case, the charge was taken down to a misdemeanor, although he still faces a felony aggravated harassment charge.

Clark made an appearance in Yuma Justice court on Thursday, where his bail was set at $20,000.

His time on "Idol" was cut short after producers discovered he had not disclosed his arrest record.
