BHR Hollywood Reports...........Nicki Minaj had to pull the plug on a performance after fighting amongst audience members led to fans getting maced.

While Nicki Minaj's Pinkprint Tour has been running pretty smoothly thus far, it may have hit its first major hiccup in Concord, California.

The show was reportedly came to a halt after multiple fights broke out within the audience, with at least one fan getting maced by security in the process.

Eyewitnesses at the show say that near the end of Minaj's set in Concord, CA audience members began to push and shove and that's when things got crazy.

You can see in the video -- Nicki witnesses a fan get pepper sprayed by another person and she invites her onto the stage.

Several people who were there tweeted the show came to an end shortly after that.

Law enforcement sources tell reports that a 22-year-old male was arrested for assaulting a security guard.

We're told the show was not cut short but the incident happened towards the end.

Some videos from the brawls have made their way online, and let's just say shit got pretty real. As far as we know, no one was seriously injured.

Minaj acknowledged the incident with a wink on Instagram later that night, writing, "Sold out show in the Bay Area last night ❤️. They were more than turnT... Let's just say that. Lol."

Omg Nicki stopped the show cuz like 15 fights broke out and bitches got maced.... Shit was crazy. She told the hurt people to come onstage 😔
