No one was injured. According to Reports, prosecutors now claim that Jimmy Winfrey, 25 — better known as PeeWee Roscoe — was behind the wheel of the Camaro.
After Atlanta Police discontinued their escort, [Winfrey] and fellow Blood Gang members entered Interstate 285 from Atlanta Road in Cobb County in pursuit of the buses occupied by [Lil Wayne’s] group,” the indictment alleges.

“The white sports car pulled beside the buses, shots were then fired into the buses from the sports car with a .40 caliber handgun and a 9mm handgun.”
Petchenik relays that the indictment with Winfrey specifies both Birdman and Young Thug as co-conspirators, and specifically names Young Thug as the mastermind behind the tour bus shooting.
Additionally, Thug’s latest music video, “With That,” which Winfrey appears in, is also being used as evidence in the indictment.

Young Thug and Birdman were not charged relating to the tour bus attack. However, in a separate incident, Young Thug was arrested Wednesday in Georgia after allegedly threatening a mall security guard earlier this month.
