BHR Hollywood Reports.......The public battle between Kenya Moore and Janet Hubert might have just gone legal. The "Fresh Prince of Bel-Air" actress says she's taking action against the former Miss USA for fraud.

Over the last few months, Hubert has been using her Facebook page to air out her frustrations with Moore, who she claims hasn't paid her for her work on "Life Twirls On." Hubert has called Moore out for being a narcissist and sociopath, but it seems she's taking things a step further.
Taking to Facebook, Hubert went totally in on Moore with names called amid the public blasting.

Looks like Hubert’s rant is only the beginning.  Hubert revealed she has filed criminal charges against Moore for “falsifying official time sheets”and identity theft.
Hubert Responded To Moore with a Facebook post.

Last month, Moore released the trailer to her show's pilot, which also features Cynthia Bailey, Leon Robinson and D. Woods.

 She has yet to address the issue with Hubert.
