BHR Hollywood Reports......Tamar Braxton is once again being accused of going M.I.A. when it's time to cut the check.

A former nanny for the singer and her husband Vince Herbert is reportedly suing the couple for $161,000.

The former nanny has allegedly filed documents with the labor commissioner in the state of California for unpaid wages to the tune of $161,060.

 She claims she worked out a deal with the couple to watch over their son Logan while Braxton was on her "Love and War" tour.

The nanny says she was promised $35.50 an hour (or $1,500 per week) for her services, but was never fully compensated.

She alleges Braxton and Herbert refused to pay her on the books or draft up a contract.

The nanny's story falls in line with several other allegations against Braxton that claim she's been funny with her money.

Just last month it was reported the star's makeup artist Terrell Mullin quit his gig with Braxton because she was late with her payments.

It was also reported Braxton and Herbert owed the IRS approximately $1.6 million and were in danger of losing their Calabasas, California mansion.

Neither Braxton nor Herbert have responded to the claims.
