Chaka Khan Expresses Her Feelings About Bobbi Kristina

BHR Hollywood Reports.......While nothing has changed concerning the condition of Bobbi Kristina Brown, her loved ones remain hopeful the 22-year-old will make it though.

Singer and family friend Chaka Khan is one of many pulling for BK.

Chaka recently spoke with Mirror Online about being in contact with the family and waiting on new developments. Interestingly, she said she didn't consider the tragedy all that surprising.

"I can't say I was shocked... But I was definitely hurt, disappointed," Chaka said. "I've been in
conversation with the family.

Everyone's devastated, everyone. I love Bobbi Kristina, I love Whitney, I love Bobby Brown. I love Cissy - I love them all. But we just have to wait for what happens next. All I want to do is be there for them. I just need to pray."

Chaka went on to discuss how she believes Whitney Houston would've felt if she were alive to see her baby girl in such a state.

"Whitney would be devastated. I wish she was here," she continued. "You really don't know what this is like for a mother until it happens to you.

 I think I'm pretty close to feeling what she would have felt and what she's feeling right now, wherever she is."

Bobbi Kristina has been on life support since being found unconscious in a bathtub on Jan. 31. Last month, she was transported from Atlanta's Emory University Hospital to a rehabilitation facility where she will receive long-term care.
