Actor Darius McCrary Son Is Being Physically Abused By His Step-father 

BHR Hollywood Reports.........“Family Matters” actor Darius McCrary says there was a reason he was late returning his son to his mother after spring break.

Last week, McCrary was forced to pay $15,000 to clear a bench warrant for his arrest after returning his seven-year-old son late.

 The mother of his child, Elizabeth Alanoly, filed an emergency motion when their son wasn’t returned at the specified time.

The police report says McCrary told officers his son was terrified to return home because his stepdad physically abused him back in January.

 When police spoke to the boy, they received the same story McCrary told.

The police then let McCrary leave with his son, but the Department of Children Family Services were notified, which sparked a court battle.

McCrary requested a L.A. County judge to reward him full custody, but the judge said it could only be handled in Michigan and ordered him to return the child to his mother.
