A Miami-area judge has issued an arrest warrant for the former Bad Boy Records artist for not paying child support in over three years.

Winans, 40, was ordered to pay Janelle Bennett, the mother of his son, a reported $3,500 per month.

However he has not made good on payments since 2007.
