Usher might just be ready to seal the deal. Only that this time around it will not be a contract but a marriage certificate with his longtime girlfriend Grace Miguel.
According to B Scott, the couple plan to have a low-key wedding ceremony. This is not at all surprising because they always kept their affair in low profile. However, this is yet to be confirmed by either party.
