BHR Hollywood Reports......Nene Leakes has been quick to shade her "Real Housewives of Atlanta" castmates and their personal situations but has conveniently left out her own struggles at home.

The trouble started in June 2013 when Leakes' oldest son Bryson Bryant was charged with driving under the influence after he totaled his silver Dodge Charger in an accident.

 His blood alcohol level was registered at .048 (below the legal limit of .08) and was sentenced to a year of probation.

A judge eventually lightened up on the sentence, ordering Bryant to only serve 30 days on house arrest in February 2014.

Unfortunately, he couldn't comply with the terms of the sentencing.


Unfortunately, Bryant failed to abide by his sentence and he ended up violating his probation in nu
merous ways.

 Not only did he not visit his probation officer four times in 2014, but he also tested positive for cocaine, refused to pay fines of more than $1,200, and skipped mandatory DUI school.

Not surprisingly, Bryant was arrested and sent to jail for three months in September 2014 and wasn’t released until two days before Thanksgiving. But his time in the system didn’t end there.

 According to court documents, Bryant was also ordered to spend a minimum of six weeks in an “intensive” residential rehab.

Well, we hope that Bryant has finally learned his lesson, especially since he has a young daughter that needs him at home.
