According to DMX’s manager, Montana, the album in question, Redemption of the Beast, is filled with songs from X’s last album, Undisputed, along with a few left over records that were never to be used.
Seven Arts CEO Peter Hoffman is telling a different story. In a statement to the press Hoffman asserts, “DMX and his team fully cooperated on the production of this album.”

He don’t have a contract with them to release another album The owner called me said he’s stuck with a couple of albums.
