Benzino girlfriend Althea filed a police report against Joseline Hernandez now there's a warrant for Hernandez’s arrest
BHR HollyWood Reports.......... Bad News coming in for Stevie J's Hernandez
Fans of “Love & Hip Hop Atlanta” will remember that Hernandez famously attacked Althea Heart, Mimi Faust and Tammy Rivera at this year’s reunion special. After the brawl, Althea filed a police report against Hernandez, claiming that the Puerto Rican princess instigated the fight with her.
According to TMZ, New York City hasresponded to Althea’s report and issued a warrant for Hernandez’s arrest. If Hernandez ever steps foot across the New York state line again and is stopped by police, she’ll be immediately arrested and charged for the fight.
Little else has been released about the warrant and it’s unclear about how long Hernandez will be able to stay a free woman, but considering that she’s now pregnant with Stevie J’s child, she should definitely learn to calm that volatile temper of hers and try to stay out of trouble.
