BHR Hollywood Reports.........August Alsina is recovering after collapsing on stage during his concert earlier in the week. The R&B crooner returned to social media to update his fans on his condition.

 “iWoke up out of a 3 day coma… &This guy @banggang_moneyteam right here never once left my side.
 What I’m tryna say is cherish the ones in life who cherish you & take good care of yourself.

Your life can be gone in a split second’. I’m recovering well and thankyou for all of your prayers & concerns.”

He reportedly suffered multiple seizures following Monday’s incident, where he fell off stage during his “Testimony Live” tour at Irving Plaza.

He was taken by ambulance to ICU at a New York City hospital. According to his rep, doctors did not find any drugs aside from marijuana in his system and believe he fainted as a result of exhaustion and dehydration.
