BHR HollyWood Reports....If you ever watched the show Love & Hip-Hop Atlanta, then you know that Lil Scrappy has a quick temper. Merlot is quick to try to put them paws on somebody.

The rapper is in headlines today after he was caught on camera brawling with an unidentified man at a gas station. A rep for Darryl “Lil Scrappy” Richardson confirmed that the rapper fought with a man who threatened his safety. According to the rapper’s lawyer, the man was heavily intoxicated and Scrappy was forced to defend himself.


“It was an unfortunate situation that he attempted to avoid. Mr. Richardson acted in self-defense and is disappointed to have someone he has trusted attempt to assault him,” said Attorney Mawuli Mel Davis of the Davis Bozeman Law Firm.

Authorities that arrived at the scene reportedly reviewed surveillance footage of the incident and determined that Scrappy was not the aggressor. He has since reported the incident to his probation officer.
