DMX driving under the influence and for driving without a license gets Arrested for DUI

Not to sound like a broken down car but DMX clearly needs help. Rapper DMX, whose real name is Earl Simmons, 42, was arrested in the early morning hours of Friday, July 26, 2013 in Spartanburg, S.C. He was charged with driving under the influence (DUI) and for driving without a license.
SC highway trooper Bob Beres says a dispatch got a call about a car driving erratically on Highway 29 just before 11 pm. The trooper pulled over a 1978 Plymouth station wagon which was driven by Simmons, who consented to a field sobriety test and failed.
Simmons was arrested last year in Spartanburg County for suspicion of driving without a license and was later released once he paid his fine.
