 BHR HollyWood Reports....This is Not the First Time Rihanna has run into this problem with a man  stalking her.  The man was charged this week with trespassing at the singer's home.

 Robert Melanson was taken into custody Monday night (June 17th) after private security guards spotted him on the roof of Rihanna's Pacific Palisades mansion.

According to reports, Melanson was detained by the guards until the police arrived on the scene.

This is the second stalker incident involving Rihanna this year. A man was arrested in February for breaking into her home and sleeping in a bed he assumed belonged to her.

Rihanna wasn't home at the time of this latest incident.
