Kenya Moore being Evicted from her Atlanta mansion

BHR HollyWood Reports....The Out Spoken House Wife of Atlanta is in the News Again.... She took The Idea From Phaedra Park to make a "Workout DVD" and became a Hot Seller.  Now Moore’s financial problems have landed her an eviction notice. RadarOnline reports that Kenya Moore, 42, will be forced to find a new place to live now that her landlord has sued to have her evicted from her home.

Moore currently lives in a six-bedroom, six-bathroom $3999-a-month mansion and according to Fulton County court documents,  has failed to make the month of May’s full rent payment.

Her landlord states that the former Miss USA is $848 short and also defaulted on the terms and conditions of the lease. They are seeking rent for June along with more than $2500 in eviction fees and damages.

“The sheriff’s department posted the notice on Kenya’s home last Thursday but she still doesn’t know that she has been evicted because she hasn’t been home yet,” a source in the neighborhood told RadarOnline.

Neighbors also contend that Moore is the “neighbor from hell” and are worried that their homes are depreciating in value because she has not maintained the landscape nor the pool. They also tell Radar that Moore’s dog is “always on the loose” and she has stored furniture outside.

Moore has yet to respond to news of her eviction.
