BHR HollyWood Reports Janet Jackson is joining the lengthy list of engaged celebrities, this according to US Weekly. The celebrity publication reports that Jackson and her longtime boyfriend Wissam Al Mana are engaged to be married after Wissam gave her a huge, expensive ring” earlier this year. “She’s afraid it will get lost, so she keeps it locked up!,” a trusted source tells the mag.

Janet, 46, and Wassam, 37, are said to be planning a lavish ceremony set for spring in Qatar.  The affair “will cost millions” and all of Janet’s friends and family will be flown in on private jets, the mag reports.

 This will be Janet’s second marriage. She was briefly married to singer James DeBarge and then wed video director Rene Elizondo for nine years. Following that she was of course the longtime girlfriend of music producer Jermaine Dupri.

Miss Jackson reportedly wants children and is willing to adopt if she can’t have them naturally. This is the second time engagement rumors have popped up for Janet and her billionaire boyfriend. In August of 2011 there were reports that Wissam presented Ms.
