Is Eddie Murphy's Hollywood Career Coming
To A End or is it just Bad Talking about Murphy

BHR HollyWood Reports Eddie Murphy has found himself the most overpaid actor of 2012, by none other than business bible Forbes.

After recent flops 'Meet Dave', 'Imagine That' and 'Tower Heist', which made its money back

The award is a pretty major blow to Murphy, perhaps more so than for other stars on the list, as it comes after a decade in which outside of 'Dreamgirls' and his 'Shrek' voiceover work he's largely disappointed.

If the actor charged the fees he commanded at the start of the millenium, a reported $20m a film, then movies featuring the 'Beverly Hills Cop' star would have to either scrimp on costsconsidering Murphy's status as a Tinseltown Jonah.

There's some solace for the 2011 loser, Drew Barrymore who actually lost her paymasters money by making only 40 cents for every $1 she was paid.

Yet with Murphy's decline seemingly long-term and predictable, this could be the end of Eddie as an actor studios like to bank on for comedy hits.

Unpromisingly the actor has signed up for the sequel to the Danny DeVito and Arnold Schwarzenegger comedy 'Twins', with the pair discovering that Murphy is a third sibling.

With big names and an inbuilt audience from the first movie, no doubt it will persuade some people to head to the cinema unlike 'Meet Dave', but whether a rehash of a 20-year-old comedy is going to rescue Murphy's career is another matter.

What Murphy really needs is another 'Dreamgirls', the movie role which won him a Golden Globe for Best Supporting Actor and reminded everyone why they loved the now fallen star.
