BHR HollyWood Reports That 70’s Show actress Lisa Robin Kelly, who played the older sexy sister of Eric Foreman, has been released on bond after she was arrested for assaulting her 61-year-old husband,  Robert Joseph Gilliam in North Carolina earlier this week, the second time she has charge for assaulting a spouse this year.

The Huffington Post reported that  police arrested Kelly, 42, along with a male following a disturbance at their home in Mooreville, Suburb of Charlotte N.C, in which they allegedly assaulted each other.

Gilliam has been charged with misdemeanor assault on a woman and Kelly with misdemeanor assult.

Apparently both Lisa and spouse are physically fine, authorities say that no drugs or alcohol were involved in the incident.

Both were issued a $500 bail bond and told they will appear in court on January 25th 2013.

Back in March, Lisa Kelly was arrested in Los Angeles on charges of corporal injury on a spouse, in England known as domestic violence, after her ex-boyfriend John Michas filed a complaint to police against her.

In the show Ashton Kutcher's character, Michael Kelso, dated Lisa's character and even cheated on his on-screen girlfriend 'Jackie', played by now real life love Mila Kunis.
