BHR HollyWood Reports Kanye West has built up a reputation as one of the coolest rappers in the game, but even he can trip up at times - which is exactly what he did while out in London last night with his girlfriend Kim Kardashian.

The 'Mercy' rapper flew into London this week to support reality star Kim as she launches the Kardashian Kollection line with her sisters Kourtney and Khloe, but he took taking a trip to a whole new meaning when he took a small tumble in public on Thursday evening.


 Kanye and Kim were making their way into the Hakkasan restaurant in central London when he appeared to trip over a curb, almost falling into a bike that was lying on the floor beside him.

Of course, the paparazzi were there to catch it all but fortunately for Kanye, he managed to recover from the embarrassment quickly, scuttling into the eatery behind Kim, who managed to perfectly balance herself in her skyscraper heels.

Prior to their romantic dinner for two, Kim had attended the launch party for the Kardashian Kollection at nightspot Aqua along with her older sister Kourtney, where they were joined by the likes of X Factor contestants including District 3 and Rylan Clark.

Kim and Kourtney made sure they both turned heads at the glitzy event hosted by Sir Philip Green, with Kim rocking a curve-hugging sparkly long-sleeved dress teamed with gold t-bar heels, while Kourtney wore a more modest high-collared polka dress with cute matching spotted tights.

Kanye and Kim have huge plans for their brief trip, with the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star hoping to double date with the Duchess of Cambridge and Prince William.

She told The Metro at her clothing launch last night in London: “We hope to bump into Kate and William while we’re over here. She is so stunning and he’s such a class act so we would definitely love that.
