BHR HollyWood Reports We reported last night that a fight broke out between Hollywood actress Halle Berry's ex boyfriend Gabriel Aubrey and fiancé Olivier Martinez on Thanksgiving yesterday, with Aubrey reportedly arrested for battery and hospitalised after the scrap.


But new details have emerged of the vicious fight, with Halle's ex breaking out the fight with her new beau Olivier Martinez – a fellow actor and present fiancé of the famous actress.

The fight commenced when Martinez commented to Aubrey, ''we have to move on,'' referring to the custody conflict of their daughter, Nahla.

This happened when Aubrey came to drop-off their daughter.

Police said: "Berry's former boyfriend and the father of her child, had gotten into a fist fight with her current boyfriend,'' Design&Trend.com reports.

Gabriel Aubry, 37, was seriously injured in the brawl and was taken to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center for treatment. He was arrested and released on $20,000 bail last night.

Halle, 46, and Gabriel have been involved in a custody battle for their four-year-old tot Nahla, as it's been more trouble since the former couple were not married – with the actress later dating French actor Olivier and now becoming engaged to him.
