Band members Nick Carter and Howie Dorough penned the track 'It's Christmas Time Again,' and it will feature Kevin Richardson who has re-joined the band after leaving in 2005.
Nick told AOL Music: "We're so proud of this new song. There aren't that many original holiday songs out there - which is so crazy to say - and we really feel we made a timeless contribution to the season... Plus, we have our boy Kevin back in the studio with us. This is a really exciting time."
Fellow BackStreet Boy AJ MCLean tweeted a link to the new tune and told his followers: "Listen to the newly released track It's Christmas Time Again by me and my boys!"

According to PerezHilton.com the boyband came together for the first time in five years in the wonderful world of Disneyland to sing 'It's Christmas Time Again.'
The performance was part of the park's Christmas Day Parade Special which airs on ABC in America on Christmas morning.
