BHR HollyWood Reports Despite the recent sighting of Karrueche Tran and Chris Brown at his LA mansion, according to sources, the meet was born out of necessity.

While the ex-lover's hook-up set rumors circulating that 'Don't Wake Me Up' singer Chris is having his cake and eating it, friends close to the Vietnamese model have revealed her visit to the singer's pad was solely to collect her belongings.

"All Karrueche is doing is moving her stuff and tying up some loose ends with Chris. That's all there is to it. Chris has a part of her, yes, but she's strong enough to move past him and I know she wants to," a source informed Hollywoodlife.com.

The insider also revealed the delay in unfinished business was due to Chris and Karrueche's conflicting schedules, whilst also dishing the meeting was particularly painful for the 24-year-old model.

"Chris wasn't around this weekend to let her get her things, so she did so today."

Adding: "It does hurt her a bit to see him and I’m sure no matter what anyone says there are still feelings on both their parts.  But anyway, he’s a dog and hopefully this is her last time around
