Are You Serious!!! Conrad Murray Suing Texas Medical Board For Revoking His License

BHR HollyWood Report Conrad Murray is reportedly suing the Texan medical board for revoking his medical license.

Murray is apparently suing so that his medical licence isn't taken away in Texas - which would prevent him from practicing medicine.

Murray is serving a 4-year sentence for the involuntary manslaughter of Michael Jackson in 2009.

Murray is arguing he agreed "to an indefinite suspension of his license pending the outcome of the California criminal case and that the conviction is not final because his appeal is pending".

While the Texas medical board issued a statement, reading: "The board is only going forward on the sole ground that as Murray has been preliminarily convicted of a felony in California, the board may revoke his license."

"California law states that a conviction is not final until appeals are complete and remitting is issued form the appellate courts (like a mandate in Texas)."

Let's hope and pray this reckless excuse of a man never gets to practice medicine again.
